Dear Fellow Dancers,

Your health and well-being is always our highest priority. Therefore, we have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus COVID-19 and following the information and guidelines of the CDC, the NJ Dept. of Health, the regional Westfield Dept. of Health and of course, the City of Summit.

If we work together, we can help mitigate the spread of any respiratory virus, including 2019-nCoV. Here are a few of the extra steps we have taken:

•    Since frequent handwashing (and keeping hands away from the eyes, nose and mouth) is the most effective preventative measure, we should encourage and remind each other practicing this good hygiene habit!

•    We will continue to ensure a constant supply of hand sanitizers (70% alcohol content), Lysol wipes and tissues are available throughout the studio!

For information about handwashing, see CDC’s Handwashing website

We ask you to help keep yourself and our community healthy by following the CDC’s prevention guidelines. As always, you or any family member should stay home if feeling unwell.

Finally, it is important to obtain accurate and current information from credible sources:

•    The New Jersey Department of Health has opened a hotline (1-800-222-1222) for the public to ask questions about the 2019 Novel Coronavirus.

•    CDC.gov/COVID19

•    City of Summit

We will continue to be in contact with local, state and federal health departments.  Will keep you posted!

In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you in our studio!

Sergei and Olga
