At Ballroom Dance of NJ, our team of professionals is eager to work with your kids, sharing our extensive knowledge and dance expertise. Throughout our dance sessions, we aim to provide them with an unforgettable and exhilarating ballroom dance experience.

ABOUT DANCE SEASONS:
We divided the dancing year into THREE SEASONS:
SEASON #1 includes 15 classes (if a child takes one group per week)*;
SEASON #2 includes 13 classes (if a child takes one group class per week)*;
SEASON #3 includes 12 classes (if a child takes one group class per week) - please see the schedule for all seasons in a separate attached list*.
NOTE* - Please make sure and calculate # of group classes your child will take that season. For example, if your child will take both Ballroom and Latin group classes in SEASON #1 then your child will take 30 classes.
ABOUT PAYMENTS:
Choose a payment option that will work best for you. Payments for the entire season have to be made by the first class.
PAYMENT OPTION #1
Full payment for THREE SEASONS from September 2023 through June 2024 includes 40 classes - PRICE - $1,080 (save $240 per group per person)
*NOTE - A 4% administrative fee will be charged for all payments made with a credit card
PAYMENT OPTION #2
Payment in SEASON #1 - from September 2023 through December 2023 includes 15 classes - PRICE - $450 (save $45 per group per person)
Payment in SEASON #2 - from January 2024 through March 2024 includes 13 classes - PRICE - $390 (save $39 per group per person)
Payment in SEASON #3 - from April 2024 through June 2024 includes 12 classes - PRICE - $360 (save $36 per group per person)

PAYMENT OPTION #3
Monthly payment - PRICE - $99 (three classes in a month in our schedule)
Monthly payment - PRICE - $132 (four classes in a month in our schedule)

CLASS ENROLLMENT & PRICING POLICY:
At BDNJ, we are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for all participants in our group classes. In order to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our classes, we have established the following enrollment and pricing policy:
Cancellation Notice: All class cancellations must be communicated to BDNJ at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur the full class fee.
Make-up Classes: We regret to inform you that make-up classes or credits cannot be offered for pre-scheduled group lessons that you are unable to attend. BDNJ will not provide make-up classes for cancellations initiated by students.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each group class requires a minimum of five (5) enrolled participants to create an optimal learning environment. This ensures that every student receives the necessary attention and interaction for their progress.
Cancellation by BDNJ: BDNJ reserves the right to cancel a group class if the minimum enrollment requirement isn't met. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive prior notification, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be made according to our refund policy.
Adjusted Pricing for Small Classes: In instances of less than five participants, BDNJ may adjust the pricing. The class cost will be divided equally among participating dancers to ensure fairness and class continuity.
Participant Agreement: By enrolling in our group classes, participants acknowledge the potential for class cancellation or price adjustment due to low enrollment. BDNJ maintains transparency and timely communication regarding any changes.
Refund Policy: If a BDNJ class is canceled, participants can choose a refund or transfer to an available class. Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the cancellation date.
Weather Conditions: If BDNJ cancels classes due to weather or other reasons, a make-up date will be offered and posted.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to discontinue dance classes for your children, BDNJ requires a written notification letter from parents one month in advance. We'll re-calculate the remaining classes and refund the balance.

“BALLROOM & LATIN” GROUP CLASSES for 2023-2024
DESCRIPTION:
Ballroom and Latin group classes can be a fantastic way for kids to develop not only physical skills but also social confidence and cultural awareness while having fun. It's a dynamic and enjoyable way for them to learn and express themselves through dance. These classes typically teach a variety of dances like the waltz, tango, cha-cha, samba, and more.

On Sunday from 9:15am to 10am - NEWCOMER Level of Ballroom & Latin - for 4 to 6 years old
On Sunday from 10am to 10:45am - ADVANCE Ballroom - for 13 to 16 years old
On Sunday from 11am to 11:45am - ADVANCE Latin - for 13 to 16 years old
On Sunday from 11am to 11:45am - INTERMEDIATE Level of Ballroom & Latin for 6 to 8 years old
On Sunday from 12pm to 12:45pm - INTERMEDIATE Level of Ballroom & Latin for 9 to 11 years old
On Sunday from 1pm to 1:45pm - NEWCOMER Level of Ballroom & Latin - for 7 to 10 years old

At Ballroom Dance of NJ, our primary goal is to provide your children with exceptional, high-quality information encompassing technical and musical aspects, physical preparation, coordination, communication, and much more. To ensure the best results, we rely on your and your children's commitment to the program.
For the upcoming 2023-2024 year, we have made significant changes to our system and have introduced a new program. To make the most out of this experience, we kindly request your kids' consistent attendance at the studio, with a minimum of once a week.
By embracing this new approach, we believe your children will flourish and excel in the world of ballroom dance. We look forward to embarking on this journey with you and your kids, creating beautiful and unforgettable memories on the dance floor.
